Well Lynn. I fished my first club tourney of the year saturday. I threw traps of every size and color.,spinner baits, carolina rigs ,  only two bites. Then i went to my goto bait, watermelon red lizard w/spiked tail. Still nothing,finally I seen a abag I threw in the boat my wife had got me for Christmas, Like she said I got you some PRETTY baits you might try. Any way ther was a bag of cotton candy lizards so at2:00, I said what the hay, Ill try them  5 bass in 15 minutes with a 4lber.  Only one keeper but I think I might get my wifes opinon the next time i am buying baits.  she is a genius

 No I got a few pretty pink baits the wife has bought for me.. I keep them in the boat at all time just in case. She don't go much but I know who runs things  around my house..

My wife loves wacky worming. If im out in 15 ft dragging she still has that wacky on , and woudnt you know she cathes a fish. so what do you do? I tie on a wacky worm.

And she continues to catch the fish, right??? You can't buy a bite! And then you find yourself taken notes from her just so you can catch a fish and still NOTHING!!!!

I must be smarter, I don`t take the wife fishing.My luck she would catch one bigger than any I`ve ever caught.I would never hear the end of it.

Last time I took mine fishing it cost me about 250.00.She got a huge fish on,and let go of my Quantum rig.Said it was going to yank her out of boat.

I was thinking more like a full metal jacket strapped to a gurney.
